1. Individual & Group Bookings
Halabeds.com is designed primarily for individual bookings. Six or more rooms reserved together are considered a group booking and may be subject to revised pricing or special policies.
2. Legitimate Use Only
Bookings must be for genuine travel. Suspicious bookings (e.g., for visa purposes) may be cancelled without notice.
3. Hotel & Supplier Conditions
Each booking is subject to the supplier’s specific terms, in addition to Halabeds’ general policies.
4. Cancellation & Amendments
Changes depend on the terms of the booking. Completion of a reservation confirms your acceptance of cancellation rules.
5. Hotel Information
Hotel details (ratings, features) are provided by suppliers. Halabeds cannot guarantee accuracy.
6. Special Requests
Requests (e.g., early check-in, extra beds) are subject to availability at check-in.
7. Local Taxes & Fees
Prices usually include local taxes, but some destinations may apply extra fees, payable at the hotel.
Prices shown are net and include indirect taxes unless noted otherwise. Unlisted services are not included. Any tax or fee changes are reflected in the final price.
Full payment is due at booking unless eligible for a hold period. Failure to pay by the deadline results in automatic cancellation. Clients with credit facilities must follow the credit agreement.
We accept bank transfers and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, Diners Club). Secure gateways are used and no card data is stored. Transaction fees may apply.
1. Cancellations
Refunds depend on each booking’s cancellation policy. Non-refundable bookings may be reviewed on request, but waiver approval is not guaranteed.
2. Packages
Package components follow their individual policies. Cancelling part of a package may void the combo rate.
3. No-Shows & Unused Services
No refund is provided for no-shows or unused bookings.
1. Hotel Relocation
If a hotel cannot honor a reservation, Halabeds will attempt to relocate you to a similar property or offer a full refund.
2. Changes to Itinerary or Services
Services may change due to uncontrollable events. Halabeds reserves the right to adjust without prior notice.
3. Rescheduling
Refundable bookings should be canceled and rebooked. Non-refundable changes require email requests and supplier approval.
Check-in/check-out times and policies vary. Halabeds is not liable for guest non-compliance. Hotels may require a deposit for incidental charges.
Halabeds is not liable for losses related to accidents, illness, baggage, or trip cancellations. Travel insurance is recommended.
Guests must carry valid ID, visas, and passports. Failure to provide documentation will result in denied services without refund.
Content on Halabeds.com is proprietary. Users must not share, copy, or misuse data or credentials for unauthorized purposes.
All pricing and business data are confidential. Sharing without permission may result in service termination and legal action.
Halabeds acts as an intermediary. Liability is limited to 50% of the booking value. We are not responsible for third-party failures or uncontrollable events.
All website content is protected. Use is restricted to permitted business use only.
Both parties must comply with global and local data laws. Halabeds ensures best practices in data privacy and processing.
Halabeds does not serve individuals or entities from OFAC-sanctioned countries, in compliance with UAE law.
All disputes and transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Jurisdiction lies within UAE courts.
